Douglasville, Lithia Springs, and Winston
The inventory concentrates in Douglasville itself and in Lithia Springs on the Cobb and Fulton side. Buyers here are often people priced out of the counties to the north and east, which supports resale as well as rent.
Winston, Villa Rica's Douglas County side, and the southern end of the county run more rural, with larger lots, older homes, and a thinner buyer pool.
